Ownership Percentage: Each share represents 1% ownership in the business. As an investor, you have the opportunity to determine the size of your investment by acquiring shares. The more shares you purchase, the larger your stake in our venture.
Returns: We are committed to rewarding our investors. Returns will be distributed through semi-annual dividends, providing consistent income.
Incentive: exchange for your investment, in addition to dividends, Investors have an extra incentive in terms of access to the property for personal holidays.

Investor capital will be strategically allocated to acquire the initial property, execute comprehensive renovations, and effectively market the rental property. Our goal is to enhance the property's value, create an exceptional guest experience, and maximise ROI.

Our business model revolves primarily around renting out the property on Airbnb, leveraging its global reach and user base to attract guests from around the world. A local, experienced management team will handle all aspects of property management cleaning, and maintenance. Our Dream Scape Luxury team will be including listing optimisation, guest communication, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and maximising occupancy rates.
We have many exciting avenues for expansion and incremental revenue opportunities. The land afforded to us by the Mallorca property allows for DSLux to maximise it's potential. By cultivating the land for orange, olive groves or establishing a vineyard give several immediate opportunities. Additionally, we provide a concierge service for guests, offering assistance with outings, adventures, boat trips, and car rentals. Thirdly, exploration of further acquisition of another property in another desirable location. Together, these steps will enhance our offerings and create memorable experiences for our guests.
